Het perceel is onbelast en vrij van enige juridische gebreken.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"518\" data-end=\"971\">Het perceel is geschikt als middel- tot langetermijninvestering of kan dienen als een veilige plaatsing van geld met een voordelige waardestijging. De onroerende zaak is direct beschikbaar; de overdracht wordt niet belemmerd door juridische gebreken. In de prijs is volledige juridische dienstverlening inbegrepen, evenals alle kosten verbonden aan de overdracht van het onroerend goed.
